Sun conjunct Venus - this is a lovely aspect to have, especially in the 5th house. You feel like family to eachother, or perhaps have feelings of wanting children in future. A lot of talk around living together and having a family, if all being well you establish a relationship together.
The Venus person just loves the sun person easily, and mutual attraction.
Sun conjunct mars - this is an amazing aspect for sexual attraction and sexual compatibility. Passion and lots of fun with eachother. These two aspects together go a long way to making an exciting and loving relationship.
As another user said, Pluto conjunct Pluto is a generational aspect, as with neptune.
I'm liking Saturn on the mc close to the moon. This seems a binding aspect.
I'm sensing with Saturn placed on the midheaven perhaps you met at work, or work in the same field which could benefit you both in the future. Possible business. This aspect alone can go either way, this is not a romantic aspect but rather one of high status and duty to work. This one could be a deal breaker to some who find the Saturn person bossy and interfering in your choices in your business/career choices.
This aspect is very much about status and appearance which could be a wet towel on the relationship if not used constructively or appreciated by the midheaven person.
Overall, I give this chart good likelihood of compatibility.
I saved the best to last in my opinion. Mercury conjunct Mercury - besides the fact we have discovered here you have excellent passionate expression sexual compatibility (sun conjunct mars) and just pure and simple love for eachothers beauty and being (sun conjunct Venus) in the 5th house of family and children - Mercury conjunct Mercury means You have amazing intellectual rapport with eachother. Mental stimulation, understanding eachothers moods and this aspect alone goes a long way for long term friendship.
Thank you for taking the time to write all of that out. I do appreciate it. And we did indeed meet in a work related environment, so that's quite spot on! And we did talk about moving in together
